History<\/strong><\/p>\n
The old barn-stable has a stone base that housed cows and small livestock, topped by a traditional wooden construction that served as a hay storage area. It was used in this way until the mid-1980s.<\/p>\n
Its transformation into vacation accommodation was entirely carried out by local craftsmen, with the greatest care, and in the respect of the unique heritage that these buildings represent, present everywhere in the Alps.<\/p>\n
The intervention on the exterior of the building was limited to the creation of modest openings on the south and west facades, and a larger opening on the north facade.
The apartment has a comfortable surface of 80 m2 distributed on two levels, as well as a mezzanine.
A large terrace of 70 m2, adjacent to the living room and kitchen, offers a spacious relaxation area and a spectacular view of the valley below and the surrounding mountains.<\/p>\nThe meticulous renovation work and the latest technical equipment give this vacation home a unique comfort and quality of stay.<\/p>\n
The Grange de Soulalex has an automated pellet heating system and a photovoltaic installation on the roof.<\/p>\n
The restoration and development work was completed in April 2022.<\/p>\n
