Geschichte<\/strong><\/p>\n
Die ehemalige Stallscheune hat einen steinernen Unterbau, in dem K\u00fche und Kleinvieh untergebracht waren. Dar\u00fcber befindet sich eine traditionelle Holzkonstruktion, die als Lager f\u00fcr Heu diente. Sie wurde bis Mitte der 1980er Jahre so verwendet.<\/p>\n
Die Umwandlung in eine Ferienunterkunft wurde von lokalen Handwerkern mit gro\u00dfer Sorgfalt und Respekt f\u00fcr das einzigartige Erbe dieser Geb\u00e4ude, die \u00fcberall in den Alpen zu finden sind, durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n
Die Eingriffe an der Au\u00dfenseite des Geb\u00e4udes beschr\u00e4nkten sich auf die Schaffung bescheidener \u00d6ffnungen an der S\u00fcd- und Westfassade und einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen \u00d6ffnung an der Nordfassade.
Die Unterkunft hat eine komfortable Wohnfl\u00e4che von 80 m2, die sich auf zwei Ebenen verteilt, sowie ein Zwischengeschoss.
Eine gro\u00dfe Terrasse (70 m2), die an das Wohnzimmer und die K\u00fcche angrenzt, bietet einen ger\u00e4umigen Entspannungsbereich sowie einen spektakul\u00e4ren Blick auf das darunter liegende Tal und die umliegenden Berge.<\/p>\nDie sehr sorgf\u00e4ltigen Renovierungsarbeiten und die technische Ausstattung der neuesten Generation verleihen dieser Ferienunterkunft einen einzigartigen Komfort und eine hohe Aufenthaltsqualit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n
Die Grange de Soulalex verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine automatisierte Pelletsheizung und eine Photovoltaikanlage auf dem Dach.<\/p>\n
Die Restaurierungs- und Einrichtungsarbeiten wurden im April 2022 abgeschlossen.<\/p>\n
